These are the two nuts with the most nutrients. Someone once posted on this forum that someone he knows cured an ailment by eating walnuts. This was a long time ago and I can't remember who posted it, what the ailment was, or who benefitted. I think it was a parent. Will the guilty party please step forward and be known?
Anyway, my grocery store sells dark chocolate covered almonds and walnuts. To die for! I always have some on hand here at home, along with dark chocolate covered raisins, and I grab a couple of each now and then throughout the day. Delicious and nutritious!
Henry will be happy to know that they come from Canada.

OMG! Who is the bronzed miracle out in the water?! Well while people argued over and doubted the effectiveness of overcoming isometrics, I reaped its reward and full potential using the hook & iso-strap.

If this is still true, you need chocolate covered almonds and walnuts about as much as a hole in your head. They're too easy to eat small and are calorie dense. Any idea how many calories a day of them you're eating when you "grab a couple of each now and then throughout the day."? Eating 100 calories a day in excess of your daily calories expended for a year equals 10 lbs. of added bodyweight and it might not all be muscle even with your workouts. Not that you asked though.

I'll counter the added lbs. with calorie burning exercise. Additional weight, or not, they're very nutritious. And dark chocolate is good for your heart. Anyway, I don't gorge myself. Just a few nips here and there.

Obviously a gentleman of fortitude and refined tastes! Seriously Silveries, I don't want to sound like a flaming, mincing, limp-wristed fag, but you have one of the best physiques ever.

Just a few nips here and there. Bruce, not to rain on your chocolate enjoying parade but if you exercise to cancel the calories added from your consumption of chocolate, you haven’t lost any weight unless the chocolate replaces calories that you would have eaten in other foods. And insofar as chocolate being good for the heart, The Skeptical Cardiologist remains skeptical: theskepticalcardiologist.com/2017/11/18/is-chocolate-good-for-the-heart/Fair disclosure: I enjoy and eat chocolate too.
