Well good on ya mate, sample size of one. I'm not arguing that one needs schooling to know what to do, I'm arguing that one doesn't need to look any particular way.

Magnus, your 110% right about the shoulder horn , I got mine 15 yrs ago when I first started having shoulder issues, after my back to back left shoulder surgeries in 2015 & 2016 the shoulder horn played a big part in my rehabilitation, even though today my shoulders are not at all like they use to be , the shoulder horn was huge in my rehabilitation, Your spot on with the recommendation for the shoulder horn.

*The schooling thing was addressed because of the McGuff quote, and I fully understand your other point, but I hold the opinion that any 'expert' that goes on to make a living off of this stuff should at least practice what he 'preaches', that's all.

Glad it helped your injuries DDH, and it's also a great 'pre-hab' tool even if a persons shoulders aren't injured. The older I get the more I realize that maximum effectiveness with minimal weight trumps using 'heavy' weights and increasing the risk of potential injury. Using the Shoulder Horn certainly allows for maximum effect with very minimal weight...

I'm guessing Magnum injured his shoulder from the massive chip he carries on it.

Gentlemen, gentlemen, please. I don't like seeing my favorite two turds going at it for no reason. Actually, everyone on this forum is my favorite turd.
Again, we are all into fitness and we all walk the walk. If you have disagreements, debate them like gentlemen. If you have disagreements with me, then go fuck yourselves.

Yes "we" do, but WhifFAG came on the thread with nothing positive to add except an attempt to be disrespectful by showing what an actual little fucking TURD she really is by throwing out her little FAGGOT version of a 'bitch slap'...

What is it with these young and insecure forum 'phags' ?... Remember Justin (Justine ?), he was another one that used to vie for my personal attention in any way possible, I just don't get it....?
