I couldn't watch the first video You posted because just listening to Kresser was annoying. He looks sick. I started listening to the second one, they're pretty long. Whiffet, what is Your thoughts on this?

Whiffet, what is Your thoughts on this? Wilks certainly did a solid job defending the film in my view. Kresser's shortcomings were exposed. He looked daft at some points.

Kresser started strong, but Wilks picked up steam and overwhelmed him, and embarrassed him at times, particularly on the issue of B12...at one point Rogan told Wilks he had won every argument...

I haven't seen the movie or the podcast, am not a vegan and never will be, but I did have a girlfriend who is a vegan and she was very healthy and fit.
I just keep noticing all the vitreol being thrown back and forth between vegans and meat proponents and personally I can't manage to care either way and will eat meat and plants and whatever else.
I am curious about seeing Gamechangers, just as I have been curious about the Carnivore diet some are great fans of.
I have done Keto so I have no issue with trying out fairly extreme food protocols.
I just keep trying to figure out why people get so worked about this whole dichotomy.
I would guess these extremes are probably better than all the fried and processed foods eaten by so many.

Do You guys agree with Wilks? It's hard to refute his points, but then as a lay person I don't have the skills to either. I am actually having a vegan meal tonight!

Convincing arguments supported by a lot of research, but at times Rogan and Kessler said the ideal would be a blend of vegetables and animal protein.
Wilks was insulted by Kessled's casual dismissal of his movie as typical "vegan propaganda" and said a lot of what Wilks said in the documentary was fallacy or could not be supported by science...I got the impression Wilks debate strategy was to present solid arguments to support his arguments, chip at Kessler's lack of knowledge in several areas, and humiliate him if he could...the B12 argument was awkward and almost painful to watch because Kessler had to admit on three points he was wrong...Wilks chided Kessler for his inability to read and interpret a certain kind of scientific grid or graph whereas Wilks could, and he was merely a "combatative trainer", a reminder he injected in his arguments frequently...Wilks depth of knowledge on every subject discussed and argued was superior to Kessler's, in the end, Wilks asked Rogan how he did, and Rogan said he "knocked it out of the park" and won every argument.

Wilks was sharp and dismantled him with ease.
Clearly he had done his homework.
That being said, I still believe and practice an omnivorous approach.

Half way through the video I started craving a hamburger. Look into the hypnotic bowl . . .
Ingredients
Rice and veggies
1 ¼ cups short-grain brown rice or long-grain brown rice, rinsed 1 ½ cups frozen shelled edamame, preferably organic 1 ½ cups trimmed and roughly chopped snap peas or snow peas, or thinly sliced broccoli florets 1 to 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium tamari or soy sauce, to taste 4 cups chopped red cabbage or spinach or romaine lettuce or kale (ribs removed) 2 ripe avocados, halved, pitted and thinly sliced into long strips (wait to slice just before serving, see details in step 5)
Essential garnishes
1 small cucumber, very thinly sliced Carrot ginger dressing* Thinly sliced green onion (about ½ small bunch) Lime wedges Toasted sesame oil, for drizzling Sesame seeds Flaky sea salt
That salad looks GREAT !!!... All it's missing is a couple tins of sardines and / or mackerel and some red onion, mmmmmm!

That salad looks delicious, but there are items I would exclude and possibly substitute for:
1 ½ cups frozen shelled edamame, preferably organic
1 to 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium tamari or soy sauce, to taste
Toasted sesame oil, for drizzling
Sesame seeds
I might eat the Carrot ginger dressing, but I would need to know all of the ingredients.

Beef's supplements come before (they are fed to cattle) and, unfortunately for most who partake of it, towards the end of life under the name of medications.
