During most of the time I was there, he was doing set after set after set on the lat machine, using almost as much weight as I weigh. And then as I was wrapping up my workout, he finally moved over to the dumbbells. I have no idea how long he had been there before I got there, or how much longer he remained after I left.

Compare those guys to the Circus du Soleil acrobats. Now, these guys were built! Some of them were absolute perfection. Praxiteles would have sold his soul to have had models like them.

If I had my druthers, there's no question as to which type of physique I would want to strive for.
