Nice idea Bruce for guys that need hand comfort. Well, I would imagine you could grip a length of webbing, or whatever, just so tightly while sliding your hands before it becomes uncomfortable. With the foam grips and rope set up, you could grip as tightly as you want to and not feel a thing.

Of course more hand comfort is not just babying yourself since it allows for more intense contractions without the pain distraction .

what happens with language when we have a "thing" and there is currently no name for it? If you answered someone makes a name up, you would be correct. Then if that name gets used enough, it ends up in the lexicon/dictionary. I have it! I'll make up a new word! Frawl! Our old friend Tommy Helms already made up this word a few years ago on the AMM forum when JP was on his rebounding kick. Tommy recommended that if you were considering buying a rebounder it was best to get one with " titanium frawl pins".

Wrong, Hagertoes, it was I who came up with that. And further more, I thought of it because I had once read about it in a Roger Zelazey science fiction novel - frawl pin was a made up piece of equipment which didn't exist.

Sorry Bruce, but it probably is not the first time that someone has mistaken you for Tommy. The physical resemblance is uncanny.

When I first seen that Primal Punch video months ago I was thinking, "Why the heck does he keep looking behind him, ". I was waiting for something to happen to the guy. Bruce, the first video I would say that is either isometric stops or it's super slow motion exercise. It's like when people say dynamic tension. Tension is tension, it's not magical and nothing dynamic about it. Some exercises there is no reason to put a name to them. I don't see anything wrong with Bullworkers, I've tried one in the past. But I don't get the motion stuff he's doing with it. He's not keeping constant tension the whole time. Jackrow: hardly a contribution to the discussion but on the video I've seen he stops and explains that his wife will be home shortly and he has to open the gate for her.
