Thank you, stormies. I've always wanted to develop meaty "underarms". I'd rather have meaty forearms.

Yeah... instead of buying a bullworker for over 100 bucks with one of his affiliate links, you could just buy yourself the hook, anchor, some rubber bands, a pair of dumbbells on ebay and a cheap abwheel to actually work your entire body (and much more effective too). Boggles my mind why people buy overpriced fitness gimmicks like the bullworker that may work to a degree but don't have anywhere enough bang for the buck as conventional fitness tools. The bullworker is not anywhere as versatile as a simple pair of dumbbells and a cable system (sierra anchor + handles + some bands). Also get yourself an ab wheel which is proven to be one of the very best core builders and you're good to go. That being said this guy didn't even built his physique with the bullworker. He has a weight lifting background and that's what he primarily does. Considering this, his arms are rather small and his physique is rather underwhelming. One could think he's just trying to make money by promoting the overpriced bullworker on his youtube channel to get a few bucks from the affiliate links in his description box.

He has a video where he explains how much of his development he thinks came from Bullworker. He says Bullworker great for upper body but one needs free weight squats for legs. He admits to serious lifting and calls out the three powerlifts as favorites. I also think he was or is a vegan for many years and that helps with his lower bodyfat.

I bought the second one that came out after the tensolator in the early 70s. I used it every now and again but never as my primary. After being here and seeing how much Bruce and Jabbers liked them I brought my old one out and bought shorter Steelbow too. I use them on my off days from weights and other things. After serious usage I can see why it has been around for decades. It works. Also you can use it for size gains if you do sets of multiple compressions with a longer hold at end. I do 15 seconds most of the time. I don't think it is great for quads or hams.
