Use a the steps on a staircase to change level of difficulty on military press pushups and feet elevated pushups quickly. For military press pushups I usually do a warmup set with hands on the third step, then do 3 more sets using step 2, step 1, and finally the floor for the last set.
Stairs can also be used for quickly changing difficulty of feet-elevated pushups.
Really like Military Press pushups, look easy but can really torch the shoulders.
Bruce should introduce the Sierra Staircase along with handy carrying bag.

Stairs can also be used for traveling from one floor to another.

Using the stairs for STEPUPs is a good superset complement to the stair pushups. If handrails are available then perform an arm assisted STEPUP routine

Stairs are good for calf raises - I do them quite regularly. Box dips on stairs are pretty good too. Another great exercise is using the vacuum cleaner on them, especially our ancient Henry.

Could put together a pretty good whole body stair workout based on this - military press pushups, feet elevated pushups, stepups, hip flexor stretches, flutter kicks, calf raises. Do these in a circuit, superset, whatever using different step heights to increase level of difficulty.
