Athlean X dropped this yesterday: I really like his reverse plank shown at 6:25. ......... Me too, although the rotation of arms/hands was new to me. I was doing these in bed by pressing my heels and back of head down into the mattress. I'm going to try with the arm rotation and back muscle squeeze.

What is wrong with the bodies of Yoga girls exactly? Nothing, I've done lots of Yoga, But this topic is about building abs, I've never seen a Yoga girl with a six pack. No read the title of this thread again "10 week sixpack plan who joins me?" even an idiot knows that visible abs are down to diet and low levels of body fat. Also anyone who knows anything about exercise and how the body works knows that you do not have to do any direct ab exercises to build abs. Also someone can have strong abs and never show any signs of a visible six pack. If I am talking bullshit prove me wrong. How about Yoga guys then, do they have a six pack?
Is Yoga for men any different than Yoga for Women?

Then why read this topic ? When I'm working out at the Fitness Centre and take off my long sleeve thermal it lifts my T-shurt thus exposing my mid section, who wants the girls on the treadmill see a fat beer belly reflected in the mirror. Having a good sex pack makes me feel chuffed. Yes, I'm sure that they are really checking you out ! Well he keeps that picture of him in the bath to show them, it is a real game changer.

I have worked in two commercial gyms and got to know some of the ladies, of all ages They spoke openly to me and used to laugh at the guys, both young and old who were "chuffed" with themselves These guys would dress to show off and/ or would check themselves out in the mirror And none of theses ladies were interested in old men.....they didn't mind looking at fit young men though

Yeah I don't know what's up with the animosity towards thinman. As far as I'm concerned he's just giving advice, trying to help me to become better.
Anyways, I'm gonna have a massive sixpack in 10 weeks and I will post some pictures here to prove it. It's gonna happen.
Why? because I'm willing to put in the work and don't make excuses.
I'm reading comments along the lines of: "Ehh the ladies don't like it anyways" "who is gonna see your sixpack, do you walk around shirtless" "I couldn't care less about a sixpack" "I lay on the couch, eat chips, drink beer and still have a sixpack"
I don't know about you all but that sounds like lies/excuses from guys who never had a sixpack and will never have one with this mindset. Of course you want a sixpack! You just find excuses to justify not working out for it. That's all
A strong core is important for overall health. It literally connects your legs to your upper body and that carries over to all kinds of physical activities. I like it. I do it for myself, because I wanna strengthen my core and improve myself. Furthermore it looks good and I like to look good for myself. Any physical activity, I do for myself to become a better version of myself. I don't want to impress women, that's weak motivation and wouldn't keep me going. You gotta workout for YOURSELF to get anywhere!

Aesthetics and showing off aside, is acquiring a six pack really healthful? I don't know the answer .

No, any guys in Yoga that have sex packs are from going to the gym. I told you not to show that picture of me on the right!

Cmon guys why does nobody join me on the journey? Don't you want a sixpack? I bet if you could just snap a finger and have a sixpack, you would want one haha you know it's true, you know what's going on It's the work necessary to get there that prevents most people from going for it. Do daily ab exercises, do some cardio and you will get there too! 10 weeks that's over 2 1/2 months, that's definitely achievable for you guys!
