Do you realize Bruce, that you have just about used up all the house's plumbing ? All the pipes are nearly gone on your creations. Where's your hot and cold running water coming from ?

Bruce one word of caution. When I was a teenager I was doing EZ curl skull crushers off the back of a bench like yours in my basement. I was using a heavy weight and the bench flew backwards and flipped over since it was not bolted to ground. I was lucky to land on my head and come out fine. It was more of a denter than crusher
