The Sierra Suspension Strap is a serious, simple, effective and extremely versatile piece of professional quality exercise equipment, limited only by your imagination in its application. A considerable value, due its moderate cost. I love mine! Wow....some serious kissing up there mikey You may push Bruv right off the site Hey friends, say goodbye to Mikey...

I have been doing dynamic long hold isometrics using the Sierra strap. What? I personally prefer dynamic long hold moving isometrics. Sometimes I enhance my dynamic long hold moving isometrics with some extra movement for added benefits. Other times I simply add more reps making sure I go through a complete range of motion.

I have been doing dynamic long hold isometrics using the Sierra strap. What? "Dynamic Long Hold Isometrics", I don't know how else to describe these. I'm slowly changing the position and holding an isometric contraction at various points over about a 1-minute interval.

Maybe we can ask Greg to see if JP's strap is bulletproof at the Compound. Bruce makes no such claims.

It's simple to roll your own Warrior Belt; moreover your DYI adjustable belt is superior if you add easily configured handles.

I have both belts and like Bruce's. I wish I would have known about Bruce's, I would have never bought the other belt.
Question, why do guys keep on saying moving isometrics? There is no such thing, isometrics are done without movement. All they are doing is super slow movement. I've done this with an Exer-Genie, superslow movement not isometrics.
