In the words of Greg I quit lifting weights in 2004. At the time I weighed in the range of 210-217. Currently at 5-10, I weight 188. I started the methods I use now in 2006. Surprisingly to most, despite being almost being 30 pounds lighter, I am bigger in the chest, wider in the shoulders (from a 46 to a 50 coat size), bigger in the arms, and much smaller in the waist. I wear size 32 pants now compared to the size 38's I was having to wear. I also allowed my legs to slim down because I much prefer being able to run and do martial arts kicking rather than to just have big legs. My mistake it was 188 lbs not 180 lbs. That sounds pretty interesting, Blag. What do you attribute that to, and what kind of workout do you do now? blag = Greg?

I can't even read posts properly on Lionquest, because it is not iPhone friendly.
It just doesn't look like a typical forum either. Maybe it is different on a PC or laptop.
So even if I wanted to post there it has killed it for me.

It looks like a dungeon. Dark, depressing layout.

And another thing. I had conversation with JP on phone about ten years ago. He called me because he liked my posts. Had a great conversation about Peary Rader's Iron man. Talked about the Magic Circle Squat Device, 20 rep squat programs, the Chin up king Edmunds, Arthur Jones and other subjects. When I told him I grew up in Pennsylvania and the discussion turned towards and about York Barbell he knew a lot about Hoffman and the entire crew, including Grimek, March, Jim Williams, Farbotnik and others I have forgotten Hmm. Several of us wondered why JP would know so much about weight lifting during our discussions with him -- a guy who had no interest in the activity, the business and all of the steroids and busted up individuals. Guess? He lifts or lifted, buys the rags, but, just doesn't want to admit it. How in the world would he have known about the female bb'ing porn mags, for example? I would have never figured JP for female BB'ing porn.....male BB'ing porn is another story

I'm reluctant to say so, since that memory slip about House eating popcorn, but ......
I think I'm remember seeing the cover of Argosy or some other mid-twentieth pulp rag showing Greg being rescued from .... uh .... turtles?

Photobucket has apparently turned off free third-party hosting, so I cannot display my photoshops directly right now. Just noticed they are no longer displaying on AMM. Here is the cover Mikey is referring to. The only way I could figure to display it right now is as an atttachment. Attachments:
