Man she is in shape. Great job and props to her. Her ponytail even looks thicker and stronger than that other guy. And she has muscular legs too.

There was a bit on the breakfast news this morning on training older people to become fitness instructors, with the hope that this will encourage more older people to attend exercise classes. It is hoped that inactive older people will be encourage more if they are taught by somebody of their own age group, rather than a 20 something in a skimpy gym outfit.
I'm already a qualified gym instructor, although I haven't instructed for years. Maybe I can go back to doing it, when I can afford to retire (ha!).
We get a wide range of ages in ballet classes, from 17 to 75, which is great.
