Oh man, pulp fiction was a hell of a movie and it had an all star cast even then. A Few Good Men was very good and probably the top of the food chain of 90s films, the most popular in my opinion were the Disney animated films, this was the era of the Disney Rennasaince where films not only changed the landscape of film making but brought a whole other realm of films that took the slump of the 80s out of the water. One of the most hyped films of the 90s was Blade. One of the most popular (especially for the toy line) was Batman Returns in 92, that film was above head and shoulders the Mecca of Superhero films of the 90s imo. The most hyped film that bombed huge was Water World with Kevin Costner, huge budget, decent cast but horrible script. Blade was one of my childhood heroes he was such a badass. Wesley Snipes portrayed him so well, it was the role of his life. Now that I think about it.. he was a black superhero yet nobody made a big deal out of it. Or did they? To me it was normal. Not sure why it was such a big deal for people that Black Panther was played by a black actor.. Blade did that in the 90s. After the third film, as fun as it was, people didn't want blade to exist and 14 years later never understood that he was the man that brought black heroes/anti heroes into the limelight and Black Panther was even more epic than all three blade films combined. I was between 14 and 20 when the films were out and loved all three even as cheesy the third one was. This generation will never understand what blade brought to the Superhero genre, it wasn't extravagant but it paved the way for other films for the next 2 decades. It was a version of Marvel years before X-Men and the avengers. The films are a part of history that many have forgotten or didn't know existed.

Watched a documentary about Wesley Snipes, he was a good actor and played his roles well But as a person he was convicted of tax evasion and blamed racism for it The man was found guilty and used racism as an excuse for his jail sentence Screw Wesley Snipes......from liking him as an actor, i now consider him to be just a racist asshole

That's too bad about Snipes. Demolition Man has been one of my favorite movies since I first saw it.

Wasn't big on the movie "The Deer Hunter" with Robert Dinero, but, this piece from the movie has always been a favorite on my playlist.
If you're a guitarist, while the song sounds pretty straightforward, it is pretty difficult to play:
