I am sure this has probably been addressed somewhere but what are the relative spring strengths of the various Bullworkerd produced over the years?
I've got an ISO7X but have never used any other Bullworker.
The ones I see most when I am scouting e-bay are the following:
Green Grips Brown Grips Lady Bullworker Macho Power Steel Bow Classic X5 ISO7X
Do you have a certain model you've found most useful?

Ganesha - I have a collection of bullies, and here they are in order of strongest to weakest - top to bottom
Bow Classic Bully Xtreme ISO7X Brown handle Lady Bullworker
The Steel Bow that I have has 3 interchangeable springs - light, medium, heavy.
I use the Bow Classic and the Brownie for most exercises.

The Iso Bow that I have is the one they sell for $12 on the Bullworker site and it is just nylon strap with handles.

Depending on how much use they've had, they can vary a lot between the same used models. I have two green handled models that are the same age but one is still tough as hell and the other is pretty easy. Same with all my old brown-handled "Macho Power" models. The Iso7x was a good model despite the bad rap the latest Bullworker supplier tries to give it.

deuce gunner made an Iso Bow from his The Hook handles. I made an Iso Bow from the bolted together handles, remaining of a broken band, like the bands found for cheap at Walmart. They're crap, but I had bought it at a garage sale, so didn't care if it broke. I expected it to eventually anyhow. The first time I saw a home made Iso Bow was when jabbers made one years ago. When the Walmart band with factory attached handles broke, I was happy to make it into a more durable tool for a couple bucks of hardware.

A Bullworker is something completely different from a Power Twister. For what it is - a verstatile yielding isometric exerciser - yes, it's worth the money. They're built to last. I've had my Brownie for 40 years, now, and the new Bullworkers are made even better. If you're thinking of getting one, get a Bullworker, not a Bully Xtreme - two different companies. Bullworker is the original.

Over the last few months I spotted what I thought were absolute bargains, and picked up two X5 Bullworkers from ebay sellers to try out. One is the Japanese made X5 'Gold' and the other is the standard chrome X5 that's Made in England. Both arrived in just about brand new condition, and while they are definitely different from each other in how they 'feel', I can honestly say that in either guise the X5 is my absolute favorite Bullworker, and I've used them all... FWIW, my second all around favorite is my Steelbow 28" model, although it slightly edges out the X5's for pulling type exercises. I think I paid something like $36 for the chrome X5 including shipping, and the Gold version cost me about $20 more, however the gold X5 came with the original case, and it actually appears to have never been used at all... Needless to say I'm more than satisfied with my purchases, and would highly advise to check ebay before purchasing 'new' elsewhere

All are great pieces of equipment, IMHO. I enjoy isometric and/or isotonic workouts with all mine, mostly using only one at a time in a workout.
Even with the BW3 you can put it in a disadvantaged angle, or use only 1 hand in some exercises, to make it work for stronger people so you can't really outgrow it - unless you are a BEASTY!
