Stumbled across this tonight and decided to give it a try...a very tough 10 min.

How many reps can you do in 10 minutes? It looks as though it would put stress on your abs.

Hey Bruce,
I finished with 142. The first 40 or 50 weren't bad, but, as you can imagine the real work started with the core after a few minutes. I would do try to do groupings of 15, pause for 5 - 10 seconds and resume but the last few were a bear.
Not something I plan on doing regularly -- but, I was bored (everyone else had fallen asleep) so thought I'd try it out. Abs are a little sore this morning.

Abs are a little sore this morning. Aha! I knew it! Well, I can tell you right now I would never be able to do it, especially with the 45 lb. barbell he was using. But then, it would taint the results of my long-duration iso experiment, so I am excused from trying. What is the weight of the barbell you used?

I used a 45lb barbell. Warmed up with 2 x 15lb dbs which seemed a bit light but no way more than a 45lb bar -- shoulders weren't the weak point as I quickly discovered.

I try to run (or walk, bike) outside for at least :30 min/day unless the weather's too bad (ice on the ground, lightning) or not in a safe area while traveling.
