I have no right to say someone is not natural. I'm not there with them day in and day out.But I think he's natural. He's a small guy and doesn't look out of the ordinary. Yeah he's pretty ripped. I believe he has good genetics. I seen some of his daily routine with his nutrition and supplementation. I'm not saying this only because I like his videos. There are times when he does look a little flat. I think alot of it has to do with lighting also. You also have to remember that he doesn't have a job like You and I. His job is exercise and nutrition. I've seen guys, even those I know, that don't exercise or eat right and are ripped.

I think he could periodically use low doses for his best physique.

I don't care if Jeff is natty or nice. I mostly don't do things the way he does them, but he has sparked a few good ideas in his videos that I have adapted.

It's never easy to tell, but in Jeff's case I'd say he's natural. He's pretty muscular and his low body fat enhances his looks. But he doesn't look bloated like many juicers do, even the ones who are not tremendously big. He shows no signs of gyno and his muscles lack that rounded, bloated look than many get from synthetic hormones. He's a small, athletic guy with very little body fat. Yes, there is significant muscle mass there, but he wouldn't look big or out of the ordinary when fully clothed. In fact some calisthenics guys on YouTube look bigger and more bloated than him, and I wouldn't be surprised if I found out that some of them are on the juice. But I think Jeff is not. Just as Michael said, fitness is both his lifestyle and his job, and that shows.

He has a look, thanks to Athlean-X training, that makes him stand out. He calls it the Greek sculpted look. Jeff looks fit, healthy and strong with a strong dose of aesthetics. The best part about it is; anyone can partake of the same type of training and look very similar.

Hello Friends, I received an email...whoops! Wrong board. Anyway, I posted that specific pic of Jeff C to show there's probably higher chance he's probably more natty vs. not. - Look at the size of his wrist. As pointed out on the Natty or Not site, he's got a pretty small frame vs. the muscle he's carrying. - Staying ripped and holding that much muscle? Very, very difficult again as noted in the Natty or Not article...and I'm sure you can find a zillion sites that say the same thing. (UNLESS!!!!! You're a world renowned coach selling a strap for $$$$ and eating once every 23.5 hrs at age 66...) As shown in the Bigger, Faster, Stronger film and others, if you suspect PEDs, then, they're probably juicing. After all, she's probably clean...right?

One former gymnast, answering the question why gymnasts have big biceps, has told "...because we used them so often. We practiced about 12-16 hours a week on skills. For olympians it’s 30-36 hours." Jeff has big biceps as a skilled gymnast. Does he train so hard? Looking at his pull up.... Who knows?

Unlike Jeff's, this woman's proportions are way beyond average and she would look somewhat weird/bloated/manly if fully clothed. I think proportions often offer clues about a person's hormone balance.

Bob, if you want to believe that, well go train like the gymnast recommends and get back with us with pictures of your big biceps. Doping, steroids, PEDs -- whatever you want to call them -- are widespread in gymnastics as anyone knows. Just compare male gymnasts from the modern era to the 1950s before all of the drugs took over. But, how about some common sense/logic here. If that claim actually worked, why wouldn't a bodybuilder follow that same claim instead of trying this routine and that routine and pumping with weights, cables and/or machines? Because it is nonsense. Jeff's posted some good, informative information. But... forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175911641&page=1

Jeff has big biceps as a skilled gymnast. Does he train so hard? Looking at his pull up.... Who knows? I don't think his biceps and triceps are as big as a gymnast's. Gymnasts tend to have huge arms, while their pecs are usually round and full but not too wide. Jeff has a wider, fuller chest, while his arms are smaller than a gymnast's but more defined. That just shows different training regimes in my opinion.

Texas, of course gymnasts use PEDs, all professional athletes do nowadays. And probably that's why they have bigger arms now. But also standards increase with time and they work harder now than they ever did. In the old days they were amateurs that had a job, while now they mostly live for gymnastics full time. I've seen videos of 8 year old gymnastics beginners and they look jacked as P•H•U•C•K. And I hope they're not juicing pre-pubescent kids, honestly.

^^^^^we will never know one way or another if he takes PED’s. ^^^
All that matters is that there is value in his videos, without having to spend a dime to access them.
