Front half of right foot feels like hell. Did something running yesterday, guessing...
Easy bike ride at lunch.
McGill Core. Light stretching.
Advil tonight, foot not good.

During commercial breaks while the Pats' game was on:
Warm up - Curl & press w/ 20lb DBs. Pushups on counter.
Incline DB Presses. 100 x 2 x 12 (around 5 min between sets, last set/rep - 30 sec negative) Modified rows. 110 x 2 x 8 (Immediately afterwards, used TRX -- arms in loops, lean back/feet on door frame and used lats in pullover motion for a 20 count isometric)
Half-time...15 min walk with dog.
Isometric dip - 42 sec Iso-hold - 26 sec Modified pushups 1 x 28 Chins 1 x 6 Iso-Bow Lateral Raises x 1 x 9 second Wall Squat 1 x 44 sec
McGill Core
Game over. Another 32 min of walking.

December 5 - No time due to work, commitments. 1.5 mile walk
December 6 - 2am Warm up with 20lb DB with curl and press 5 x slow BW squats
Incline DB bench press - 100lb x 1 x 12, x 14 One arm DB row - 110lb x 2 x 8 Modified pushups - 22 reps, 24 reps Iso hold (Dr Crunch chins) - 32 seconds, 28 seconds Front pull with strands - 1 x 8 KB swings 2 x 6 (per side), last rep hold at top for windmill Iso-Bow Lateral Raise - 8 seconds Darden Squat (BW) - One set
Stretching
1 mile walk

5 min of slow Heavyhands -- DSPs, LFs -- and hamstring stretch.
Walk 3.2 miles with dog.
Light yoga for 5 min after getting back.

Texas looks like your doing a lot of walking which is great, walking does not get the respect it deserves, I have a question for you, I'm thinking of doing superslow bodyweight workouts,I know you have experience with this type of training,Steve Maxwell talks about it,which I like his stuff,do you know much about Drew Baye? He seems pretty good,I like the idea of superslow,I value your opinion, you know your stuff any information would be great. Thank you for any information. Your DB incline press weights are really impressive,Im a huge fan of db rows also.it's great to see more people incorporate walking in their exercise routines.

Yesterday's workout:
Warm Up - Light DB curl and press. Incline DB Press - 110lb DBs x :67 isometric hold. BW Iso Dip - :42 hold. Plank (near straight arm) - :81 (arms a bit tired at this point)
One armed DB rows - 110 x 14 x 2 (superset w/ lateral raise) 25lb lateral raises - 12 reps x 1 Iso-hold (chin) - :30 x 2 sets Iso-bow lateral raise - Baye method (30/30/22)
Wall Squats w/ 40lb DBs (partial curl) - :28
Walk with dog for 20 min.

Mowing lawn, trimming trees, etc., last night....between the weather, pushing the mower et al, nice warm up.
Standard flat bench press (!!) - 135 x 15 (first reps done slowly), 185 x 12, 205 x 12, 225 x 2 x 10 (first time I've done a regular flat bench in years) Deadlifts - 135 x 8, 185 x 2 x 12, 225 x 2 x 12 Pushups - 1 x 15 (3 - 4 sec up/ 3 - 4 sec down) TRX "rows" - 2 x 14 Iso-Bow Lateral Raise - Baye 30/30/30 Iso-Bow Curl - Baye 30/30/30
Light stretches, ab braces.
Total mileage between yard work, run/walk - 4 miles
Shoulder's ok today.

+80 degrees in the garage at 4:30am...some light curls and presses to warm up. Sweating like crazy after a few minutes.
Standard flat bench press - 135 x 14, 185 x 12, 205 x 12 x 2 One armed DB Rows - 110 x 11, 12 Pushups - 2 x 25 TRX "rows" - 2 x 18 Iso-Bow Lateral Raise - Baye 30/30/30
Light stretches, ab braces.
2.5 mile "run" (if you can call it that...) and 1 mile with dog.
Yesterday, went to track at 3pm and ran comfortable 440, stop/drop/pushups x 5, walk 220, repeat 10x. Light KB work at home prior.

6:15am - Empty dishwasher while doing some easy stretches.
~6:30am - Out the door, slow 3.6 mile run <:40. 1 mile walk to cool down.
