Shoulder off a bit. Light stretches, light mobility work. Some light tension work.
3.5 mile walk at lunch.

Slow 3 mile walk with dog after work. Light stretching.

Weight loss - 4.8
5:15am Light stretches
2 x KB floor presses, 3 x TGUs 3 x 25 moderately slow pushups TRX Rows x 3 x 20 Bring Sally Ups 2 x 30 seconds (practice only) Hamstring Stretches
Run - 2 miles Walk - 3 miles
Cold shower afterwards, started cold water program.
Favorite breakfast - hash browns (no oil) w/ habanero/serrano pepper salsa, Chickoree coffee on back porch w/ some jazz afterwards...trip to farmer's market with the Mrs...

Texas,really enjoy reading your workout logs,You do a lot of walking also, which I think is great,I have been watching some of Steve Maxweells different podcasts that he is on and he also is a huge fan of walking.

Nov 20 (con't) - Walked another 2 1/4 last night with the dog.
Nov 21 - Energy down...probably way too much in the way of aerobics, only slept for around 4 hrs -- had to get up and get on a conf call at 3am. Warm up - 20lb curl and press
Incline DB Presses - 2 x 12 x 100lb DBs (slowed down reps...2 sec up/3 sec down) Texas Ranger Rows - 1 x 7, 1 x 8 x 110 DBs (experimented with a different kind of row to focuse more work on back muscles) SuperSlow Pushups - 30 second negative, 10 second hold at bottom, ~15 second positive, 20 second hold at top (including fully contracted muscles) Chins - 1 set Larry Scott Scapula chins Clean and press into Windmill - Isometric hold (around one minute) each side Isobow lateral raise
Will walk later today. Time for a nap.

Push ups - (after warm up set) 3 x 15 (using technique similar to "Homemade Muscle"...eg keep muscles contracted through each set, limit ROM...no bottoming out!) Isohold - Slight bend in arms, :44 Bring Sally Up: 1 x :32 McGill Core Light stretches
Run - 1 mile Walk - ~3.7 w/dog

Incline DB Bench 70lb x 14, 100lb x 10, 120lb x 6 Pulldowns 240 x 12, 260 x 8, 280 x 4 Leg Press (Precor) Stack x 3 sets x 3 reps (superslow)
KB swings (Lyft KBs) 55lb x 4 sets x 10 (per side), last rep = Windmill (around 12 second down/up)
Wall Ball 30lb ball x 3 x 12 (had me huffing and puffing)
Hanging core work

Nov 26 One mile walk first thing in morning, 7hr trip starting 6am. Two mile walk in evening to loosen up.
Nov 27 Light stretches, tight as all get out.
McGill Core Work Light DDP Yoga Workout (didn't do full video)
~3.5 mile walk, short runs interspersed.
