Hi John, yes usually he replys within a day and very long emails of great detail. I will try to contact him and see if I can get some permissions and if I can't reach him I'll make the next decision..he had some great insight on Dr. Schwartz that needs to be told, very inspirational..I wonder if the Iso manual or any book that's never officially published fair game to be dispersed? I hope He is well..but please continue fighting the good fight your doing great work..Ill be in touch soon Hi Zen, Even if he doesn't want to try to contact Len's daughter himself, if he wants to put it together, I can post it as I have written permission from Len's daughter and family to post all the videos and manuals with their requirements/request. Though I hope he will be the one to publish what he has as he is well known (fitness guru in his own right!)and well known as to being friends with Len...He is even in Len's book! Just to be clear, it is not and has never been about me...I just want everyone out there who is interested in Panaerobic Longstrength to see and understand what was going through Len's mind all the thoughts and knowledge and maybe help clarify some things that may have been confusing or not clearly stated by others online. I think the videos have enlightened some people that his was/is really an open ended system of exercise...in reality there is no right or wrong way to perform Panaerobic Longstrength. (P-L) And in Len's mind Heavyhands, Isotonometrics, Extendors and Pan-X all were part of P-L john

Try some Shadow Boxing with a strap around your torso that you grab with your hands. Your opposing arm moves invoke friction for resistance . In any case, it's yet another way to apply Dr Len's 4 limb strength endurance principles. Agreed, Grunt. Also consider the use of bands...Across the back for shadow boxing with punches to the front mostly or while wearing shorts or other type pants with belt loops, run the band around your waist through loops on side of pants and do shadow boxing, pumps, OH presses etc....

Hi John I'm in complete agreement with you. I know and see what your doing is a selfless act of just getting the information out and helping open people's minds and understandings to it. I think this stuff is better than gold..and the videos help to really pull alot of it together and make it click..for that I'm personally forever grateful..as I don't really watch fitness videos of the conventional type but I vibe more with Lens home movies than a high end fancy super fitness spectacle...I think overall longstrength and panaerobics concepts are superior to anything when it comes to totality and function..
As for the Iso manual I hope it's unveiled in due time..I have no control over that. But all you can do is pass on what you have and keep Lens vision and philosophy alive..I guess in some ways it's a thankless endeavor maybe..but sometimes it's hard to be a unsung hero..but in time everything will come to fruition and fall in alignment..I personally have learned and been greatly inspired from the videos and insight..I hope there's a Iso home movie however faint the possibility is..but I know he started developing that protocol in his last leg of his fitness journey..hope all is well and keep em coming!

In any case, Dr Len's exercise principles continue to inspire . I believe that the Bullworker Isomotion is a clever application inspired by Dr Len( of course I could be wrong)
