I own the Dragon Door's Isochain book ; it shows a variety of ways to apply isometrics that can be done without the Isochain .

I own the Dragon Door's Isochain book ; it shows a variety of ways to apply isometrics that can be done without the Isochain . Does it come with a disclaimer saying that you didn't have to get the Isochain in the first place?

It's intuitively obvious even to the most causal observer that you don't need an Isochain unless you want to help the economy .

Belated update:
The Hook arrived on time (2 day express no less!) and I’m more than impressed with the quality of the whole apparatus. Super high quality and one can sense the hands of a master craftsman! Thank you Bruce, our benevolent leader! Easy to change out and attack all angles. The Suspension Trainer will be used for just that. I prefer the simplicity of the power belt for ISOs.
Note: already I am laughing at those less fit than I!

Not necessarily less fit than you, but simply lesser than you, period. Glad you like it, Doomsies.
