Mr potato head i know mate I've done some research h on canola and from what i remember even the insects won't even eat from the plant because it's that toxic it kills them .

My wife bought it once. I threw it out. I'm not a fan of soy either. Animal fats are the best for frying in general. I find nothing wrong with olive oil for some things either. |
