Do we have scientific evidence of the best diet for aging longevity?
Dr. Peter Attis, MD sums it up in a few simple words.

Why would there be only one diet for longevity? Different people do better on different diets for weight loss, for health and so one. Therefore I have no reason to believe the entire human race is best off on one diet for longevity.
I think it's human nature but we tend to let great be the enemy of good.
I think the first hurdle is to find a diet you can live with that keeps you from becoming diabetic. Then try to take steps to better that over months/years.

We don't know about everyone, and we CERTAINLY don't know about each individual.

I think it's good we don't know or how long we'll live, makes life interesting and not to be taken for granted. I wouldn't want it any other way.

The past year I've became much more relaxed with my diet cuz to be honest i think it's all a load of bollocks ! There's so many "expert's" out there telling us to eat vegan, vegetarian, low carb , don't eat this, don't eat that jeez if I listened to all of their advice i would be eating nothing ! I've always been a low carb eater and do feel better with a LOWER carb diet but that's how MY body works, their is no one size fits all when it comes to diet . You have to find what works for you and roll with it and don't listen to the "experts" ! No one knows your own body like yourself !

Yet, still obtain results I had when I was on bodybuilding diet eating 5-6 meals per day. Needless to say I chucked my diet books. I was very disappointed. I pay attention to my macros & that's it.

Moxohol I love IF too ! I've been eating two meals a day for the past 8 years which I naturally gravitated too as I'm not a big eater and prefer big satisfying meals .

I ADF fast on my non-training days. I got more gas in my tank practicing this over time as a consequence. Training days I eat what I want. I pay attention to my macros & save my protein loading one day per week.
