I have a question about satiety. I don't want to sound like the guy that says, "I got an email" but I did work with a professional on nutrition in the past. Pierini, I believe I told You about the experience, he served in the armed services. And another nutritionist told me some similar things as he did. In a nutshell, they said everyone doesn't get satiety from the same foods. I was told by the one guy that different macros create more satiety for different people. He told me to do a little experiment. He said on different days try to eat either a protein, carb or a more fat meal and note how long it takes You to get hungry. Also, read this in Dan John's book, "Fat Loss Happens on Monday". What are Your thoughts on this? Have You ever done an experiment on this? There are different variables that go into it. I'm not referring to healthy eating when I ask this question. I'm referring to weight loss. I do believe there are good and bad foods. I believe people can lose weight eating bad foods even though it may not be healthy down the road. So if someone is eating 140 calories of chocolate-covered almonds in their diet and they stay in a calorie restriction how would this affect their weight loss goal? A calorie is a calorie, right? Just trying to understand this. Tell me if this is right. For myself, sugar is my worst enemy. If I eat something that has sugar it's very unlikely I'm just eating that amount of calories, where some may be able to. If I eat sugar that's not a fruit I crave sugar. So for myself, which I would recommend others, I'm better off not having sugar in my house. If it's not there I won't eat it. blood sugar levels dictate satiety which is regulated by your insulin. That's why legumes are so great for insulin management: they are slow carbs which steady blood sugar for hours after a meal. Whereas orange juice causes a massive insulin burst which causes hunger pangs within the hour because it's a fast carb(All dressed up & no where to go). In scientific terms, it's the glycemic index that causes an insulin response that counts more than anything . Ask any Type 2 diabetic about glycemic indices & loads. Google it.

Eat legumes with chocolate or or pastries to lower the glycemic value of meal. Thereby turning them into slow carbs. It will minimize damage. Even better: a daily restricted eating window from 8 hours down to one meal a day will create a metabolic miracle with many CV & bodily health benefits. Don't take my word for it. Just Google it. I like OMAD and ate this way for 45 consecutive days last Lent 2019. I like its lifestyle convenience and am on the fence with regard to other benefits besides helping me tame my fake hunger beast and eating less. Do you use the Zero Fasting app? No, I do not. I've been practicing fasting for some time now since my past injuries. I've read to exhaustion about the topic & had extensive medical supervision with it during my recovery process. It's enough to make me puke just thinking about it. But I can't deny the healing results & simplicity of fasting either. Praise does not come easily from these lips, but when it does, it knows no bounds. I didn't have alot of meds in the recovery process. However, I did have esoteric growth healing peptides along with fasting cycles ad nauseam. I do OMAD in conjunction with training days. ADF on recovery days. Protein loading once per week. Ingredients
Hemp seeds, buckwheat, dates, maple syrup, coconut flakes, walnuts, pecans, cashews, chia, cinnamon, salt, vanilla. All ingredients are certified organic and all nuts and seeds are activated.
I’m currently having 2die4’s acitivated nuts. The walnuts in maple syrup at my nieces wedding were beautiful
