I read some discussions about using shoulder horns for helping to rehab shoulders. After looking at a few videos I was thinking I could do the same movement by putting my arm in my rings. What exercises are done with a shoulder horn? Thanks.

Strictly a guess: wide(2-3" ) webbing for comfort could be configured to simulate a Shoulder Horn

The Shoulder Horn is basically a one trick pony when it comes to exercise variety, but it does most excellently do what it was purposefully designed to do, and it's worth every penny. It certainly helped in my case... I've personally tried similar variations in the exercise but without using an actual Shoulder Horn and it's just not the same. However, there are other excellent exercises that can be done for rotator cuff re-hab and pre-hab, using nothing more than a pair of light dumbbells, one of my favorites being the 'Cuban Press'...

Bob44,
I'm not doubting or debating Magnus's results with the Shoulder Horn, definitely glad it worked for him. All it is, external rotation of the shoulder. This is something many people disregard along with pulling the elbow back as in a rowing motion. Most people say You only need a pressing movement to develop the shoulder but they don't take into account shoulder health ( Which Magnus does take shoulder health into account). Some people believe that everyone should just do a horizontal and vertical pressing movement( Bench/Overhead Press).
In the real world, Your shoulder can move from many different angles. Not an expert, but I've had a 5-degree separation in my left shoulder, broken right collar bone, and a dislocated shoulder. Two different professionals gave me exercises that should be done in my cases. I know You said You had shoulder issues before. Did You see an orthopedic doctor? There are many exercises You can do with bands and light dumbbells but You better check with Your doctor.
