I don't and will never look down on the way someone eats. But if You put Yourself out there, someone is always ready to debate or look down on You. Not everyone is going to have the same results from each style of eating because of health, genetics, and the environment they live in.

Humans are designed to be omnivores. If they have some physical limitation, they will probably feel better to discover what their particular mix, from vegan to carnivore, needs to be, but a body's dietary requirements are not necessarily static throughout their adult life.
I adjust my diet as I feel it needs it.

Bernardo LaPallo made it to 114. Had no wrinkles, took care of himself with no assistance and credited 5 foods he ate every day. Also a raw foodist
