Yes Bruce I do heavy low reps ! Now that i think about it i think the high reps leave me drained is because I pretty much go all out like with low reps and put too much tension into each rep and not going with less tension.

That's the reason! You might be like me, as I can't do anything half way - every KSHD rep just has to be to the max. Every push on the Bullworker just has to be 100% and then some.

I agree with this:"Yeah, KSHD is great for building muscle size, but I also can't believe it has any appreciable strength building capabilities. I mean, for strength, you gotta hit those tendons with real physical resistance". Bruce I have tried KSHD, even though I didn't call them that, every way I could think of. The same with self resistance and isometrics. Everything I do at my jobs is with real physical resistance. Because of my injuries and I guess my genetics, I need physical resistance to keeps my body ready for what I do.
