I watched a British TV program with 3 groups of mixed people who ate a certain diet for a month ....... the study found no difference from the 3 groups. It must be true. It's on TV!

Sounds like absolute fucking torture and a slow death ! Munching grass and leaves and drinking cold smoothies a vegan diet is just not optimal for humans as it is lacking in many vitamins which is why they all have to supplement their shitty diet ! Keep your soy and tofu I'm happy and healthy with my meat and potatoes !

I eat everything on that list except greek yogurt( allergic to dairy), pork, and red meat I eat occasionally. Informative video Henry. I do eat beans also. I would probably describe my diet as more Medditerian. Even though everyone doesn't want to be a bodybuilder I thought what Jason says in this video( especially in the beginning) makes sense. I like what he says about figure out what works for You no matter what anyone says.

Baz, Your video cracked me up..using those people as representatives of a vegan diet...too much. Thanks for the laugh. Oh, and the only vitamin you can't get on a vegan diet is B12, But meat eaters don't get enough of it either, so the animals you eat are supplemented with it. OK, back to munching on grass and leaves.

OK, back to munching on grass and leaves. I like this guys videos Vegetus. Again I can't claim to be vegan but do enjoy vegan food. , I just can't eat soy because I'm allergic to it also. Everyone is different, like different foods, should eat to enjoy and for health. I have done the vegan thing in small bursts. I tend to do better on more carbs sometimes, probably because of my jobs.
