I'm still in contact with a nutritionist that helped me out so much with some horrible health problems I was having in my early 40's (belly aches, lower back aches and low energy which were all fixed with diet). We email each other jokes now and again. I asked her how she is doing at the moment. I did not mention anything about vegans or meat eating but she felt the need to tell me this as she is so frustrated with how things are going. As I live and breathe!

Diets-schmiets. Every day I eat meats, fish, eggs, grains, green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, grapes, apples, bananas, and fresh squeezed orange juice, and ahm a no worry.

Chris Kresser has now thoroughly debunked this film on the Rogan show: Did anyone else catch this? At about 1:39, Chris says, "I'm eating meat! I'm killing myself!" And it sounds like Joe says, "Same thing with cigarettes."

And it sounds like Joe says, "Same thing with cigarettes." Yes they were impersonating what the typical person might say after watching the film if they have no understanding of the science. In other words, someone might wrongly conclude meat is killing them and it is as bad as smoking.

I usually have a bowl full of wild blueberries and an apple. Then 1 to 3 whole eggs with runny yolks. Then snack on sunflower seeds.

That's similar to what I do for 'breakfast' during the work week, an egg or two or sometimes canned mackerel / sardines, at least one or 2 apples, usually a couple of tangerines, and a portion of mixed nuts...

I always have a sunny-side up egg on top of smoked salmon on a half slice of toast with cream cheese, apple slices, and a half banana (I have the other half before my morning workout.

Morning coffee HOUR ?... Sometimes it goes on for 90 minutes. Every Wednesday at 10am different groups volunteer to make coffee and tea plus a snack for our apartment building social, mostly old folks about 60 people. One group are men so they do their thing, other groups are women who tend to do cake and fruit. This Wednesday evening is our Christmas potluck about 80 people, then me and me wife are invited to an after party up in one of the penthouses. Sorry Henry, I misunderstood. I know you worked on building sites, and when you said "my building" I thought you were referring to work, not the building where you live... I thought you and the guys were taking one hour coffee breaks,

Well for anyone interested, Rogan has just posted on Facebook that he is considering removing the rebuttal video, and there will be a rebuttal of the Kresser podcast going up today!
