Haven't posted in a while! Been a very stressful 4 months, but still working out hard -- perhaps too hard at times. I'm 42 in a couple of months and here's my current end-of-summer physique. Been doing lots of skipping recently.
How did u downsize your pics to the ProBoards 1 meg limit & retain good resolution?

Hey Moxohol, Try this link for shrinking a jpg or png image for free: tinypng.com/ I have had good luck with it and use it all the time. What parameters at the URL did u use to enhance your noble profile sir? I don't know how noble my profile picture is. I have used it for about 10 years now, and I can't remember. I also use Paintshop Pro on my desktop to fine-tune photos. It's a lot cheaper than Photoshop and nearly as powerful. Another graphics program for picture editing I've heard good things about is GIMP. This is a free program, as it is open source. Both of these programs have a learning curve, and it takes some time to get good with them.
Maybe others here will have suggestions to make.

Whiffet, did you drink any alcohol adult beverages during your 4-month strict dietary discipline period?

Whiffet, did you drink any alcohol adult beverages during your 4-month strict dietary discipline period? No I cut it out completely this time. Other times I've had one night a week when I can drink -- but it tends to be counterproductive as I then have the munchies the next day. The one bad habit that I have now stopped has been coffee intake. I'd fast and drink a lot of coffee on an empty stomach. But when I switched jobs my stress levels skyrocketed and I suddenly started having digestive problems. I've cut out coffee now and it has really helped getting my stomach back to normal.

Look great Whiffet. Best wishes in your new job too. A master of discipline.
Alan always liked your photo. Very Hemingway-esque.
