Could put together a pretty good whole body stair workout based on this - military press pushups, feet elevated pushups, stepups, hip flexor stretches, flutter kicks, calf raises. Do these in a circuit, superset, whatever using different step heights to increase level of difficulty. Adding feet elevated static pushup holds and split squats to the list.

I haven’t done a good stair workout in a little while, but some staples I would do: bunny hops up, jumping two footed or single footed hitting each step then skipping steps until I’m not comfortable in my ability to make the leap, running up them, skipping steps, bear crawls up and down (head facing down the stairs both ways), inclined plyometric push-ups (head down, feet on stairs, jumping hands from one step up to the next). I d usually finish thae workout off with a few rope climbs. Good stuff. I might have to throw that back into the rotation again soon...

Adding feet elevated static pushup holds and split squats to the list. Also known as Isometric Lunges. No, also known as Bulgarian Split Squats, mostly performed in Bulgaria.
