right now I'm doing one arm barbell snatch, band Y-Pulls or Front Plate Raises, side laterals, upright rows, dumbbell lateral swings and various rows. I also do neck work with the bands. My neck and traps are getting pretty meaty but still wan't more side and rear delts

jrmeatplowThat video brings back memories. I forgot all about the neck station that was on the universal leg curl bench. Also had a hand grip and wrist roll station on it. I used to do all of those. The thing in the video is much fancier but it's the same principle.

jrmeatplow That video brings back memories. I forgot all about the neck station that was on the universal leg curl bench. Also had a hand grip and wrist roll station on it. I used to do all of those. The thing in the video is much fancier but it's the same principle. I don't remember the old universal station that they had in the base gym at Iwakuni having a neck station. I have to say this about the old universal stations, the bench press station absolutely worked my chest better than anything I've found thus far. It must have just fit my body somehow.

So, the forearm deal wasn't part of the universal that everyone had, it was a supplemental bench that was a stand alone and did leg curl, leg extenention and then had the neck and forearm station as an upright towards the end you'd rest your head on. The universal was a good piece of gear. I would also use the bench press station for shoulder shrugs.
