Even the new Isometric Belt has not come out yet, the one that was going to change the way everyone trains. Yet he keeps dangling the carrot in front of the donkeys that keep on listening to him. Keith. Hee Haw-lways does that, Keith. Har har *urp, mmph…….*

What he's testing is our patience.

He tests everything on us, waiting for our approval. It would be so much easier for him if he'd just admit to himself that he doesn't have a clue and then ask us what he should do and say. Instead he lurks around our foams, trying to pick up something he can use, then proceeds to spin and distort it beyond all reason and recognition.

As pertaining to Living Strength, here are a couple of my favorite quotes: Of course, there was the prophecy in 2011 declaring the end of the world (and read what the bible says about false prophets) and his recent revelations about being a psychic. Of course, two of the people that have been discussed on that site are plagiarizers and frauds (the late) Chucky Missler and Hal Lindsey: articles.latimes.com/1992-07-30/news/vw-4952_1_authors-hal-lindsey-and-chuck-missler

G. Gordon Liddy was another hero, "Nerve Force Personified" as G. Anderson dubbed him once.

G. Gordon Liddy was another hero, "Nerve Force Personified" as G. Anderson dubbed him once. G. Gordon Liddy...the man who openly stated he would murder journalist Jack Anderson. Pure class...but, it fits the class of character worshiped on that site. After all, I believe FF4 (?) uncovered the fraudulent practices of Swoboda, revealed the truth regarding Woody Strode, I found Swobby was associated with the Hubbards who used the Swoboda BS to spin up Scientology, we have the late plagiarizer Chucky Missler whose name came up regularly despite revelations regarding space aliens + Jesus along with Hal "the late great planet earth in the 70s...the 80s...wait, maybe the 90s...Lindsey, and, even citing a roller derby queen/IT "analyst" for her scientific research bad information. Oh, and that Swami -- can't remember his name -- who was in legal trouble and the Menninger institute whose work was investigated and also found to be fraudulent. And still offering publications by a person whose claims of being a 'doctor' via a bogus paper mill were found to be anything but factual: www.courthousenews.com/knock-it-off-texas-tells-bogus-doctor/www.star-telegram.com/living/family/moms/article3828782.html(Administrator: Please feel free to edit or delete if needed...trying to post 100% objective information.)

Wait a minute. What truth about Woody Strode?

I'd found two sources years ago, one an interview, another was in a book in Google books, and I posted those links in my original posts.
The interview was at Strode's house, and the writer said Strode offered a tour of his grounds, and he said Strode had one room full of the barbells, dumbbells and other equipment he exercised with daily.
The book contained a reference to Strode's daily barbell exercises he used to build his great physique.
I'd found others during the years. I also exchanged e-mail correspondence with a Strode relative who said Woody did a lot of pushups and situps, and he had his own weight set he used at home, but he also belong to a gym in California, and she thought it was in someplace called North Holly Lane. I suggested it might have been North Hollywood, and the gym was Vince Gironda's gym, and the said that sounded right.
