......... I guess I could have privately sent this to JP, but somehow I think maybe he, or some of his followers , look in on this forum from time to time, and cause some to rethink their blind allegiance. I would BET that he and Gordon, possibly Beastly or others, but especially JeP, check here and AMMII every day to see what we're saying about him, right JeP? In fact, I would not be surprised, if one tallied up the hours, he spends more time checking out the forums where we hang than he does on his own. Like kids who will do anything to be noticed, whether it's positive or negative, it's all attention, right JeP?

Turning Solytrain's 5-6-7 isometric protocol into 6-7-8 was an unwise action.

So what he was saying was he planned to write his Opus from his point of view as a COMMITTED Minister of the Gospel, and this will be the best Body/Mind/Spirit Culture teachings that have ever been presented by someone of those qualifications and training. In his "personal encounter", the Lord must have told him there's no rush on any of this.

Awhile back there were a bunch of guys on Dave's old board who became ordained ministers. Bruce; were you part of that group?
This could be history making. Not too long ago you created an exercise course that is genuinely one of the best I've seen, improving mind/body/spirit. If you were ordained, you are the first and only minister to create a system of exercise for the total person, and anything the other guy eventually produces would merely be a second-rate knock-off of your superior product.

Yes! I am, in fact, an Ordained Minister of the Gospel of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen! I'll have to somehow work that into my exercise book. I suppose I could throw in a couple of Bible passages and call it spiritual. I particularly like the changing water into wine bit. Speaking of which, not to pat myself on the back, or anything, but it sure as hell didn't take me 10 years to write the thing. As a matter of fact, two weeks after I announced that I was going to write such a book, My illustrated book became available: That's me: shenster.angelfire.com/workout.html

Speaking of Internet generated ministers, a good friend of my daughter's became a minister for the express purpose of officiating at her wedding. As well as becoming an ordained minister on line, I believe he also had to take some correspondence course for a nominal fee so that he could legally pronounce her and her husband man and wife. What a wonderful day that was! They were married in a small gold mining town at the end of a dirt road in the Rockies - a crisp, clear, October day! Daddy's little girl looked so beautiful!

I have been quietly training with a thirty foot tow strap and my results are off the charts. At least three times as good as a ten foot one and six times better than my five foot one. I have said this before but when living strength is released many of us will not be of the living any longer. I like that Django Zombie Fighter guy a lot. The living embodiment of stop jabbering and just do it. Like many many of my friends here.

Bruce love that cut on your triceps. Looks like a 50 caliber round dented your arm and bounced off

Thanks, stormies.
I once had a girlfriend who looked like she got hit from behind with a couple of .105 rounds.
