Has anyone here purchased this yet? Oh. That's right. It's not ready yet. Well, it's only been ten years.

The author of the Living Strength Chronicles For The Chronically Constipated is clearly mentally unstable, in my opinion.
No normal person would keep on like this for year after year.
Hang on, he said it himself that obviously he's not like any other normal 64 (when he said it) year old.

Even the new Isometric Belt has not come out yet, the one that was going to change the way everyone trains.
Yet he keeps dangling the carrot in front of the donkeys that keep on listening to him.

What I thought was pathetic was the comment that man made years ago that if you were not training with the methods he "taught," the person would be building the wrong kind of muscle. It's pathetic because many of his forum members believed him.
It's been years since the man announced his intent to release an exercise system and nutrition guide that would eclipse everything in existence and change physical training FOREVER!
Every man needed what he was going to offer, or so he said.
And his awed members haven't done a lick of exercise or training since the proclamation 10 years ago, fearful that if they trained with any system or method other than what their Lord approved, they would build the wrong kind of muscle and not go to Heaven.

Somewhere there are posts JP made a long time ago, stating that MD's were urging him to get it out as quickly as possible because the fitness world was hungry for his wonderful shit.
I guess he doesn't believe the "docs'" that he consults with ...... ? Makes me wonder why he consults with them in the first place, and then, why he would post their supportive, urgent and encouraging recommendations if he thinks they are full of shit?

Someone on the very old forum posted a link to an AMA review of the Swoboda course, and they described it as overblown nonsense and labeled Swoboda an unqualified "Quack." Infuriated, "The Man" posted a response that asked the forum members, "...who you gonna believe; a genius ahead of his time, or a bunch of egg-heads in lab coats."

Here is the tragedy in all of this:
JP has, for years, been withholding what I, as a MAN, need to Read, Understand and Apply TODAY! It's just such a sad truth.

As pertaining to Living Strength, here are a couple of my favorite quotes:

Wow, now they are really out there. Never read them before. It's best to just steer away from him and do Your thing. I can't claim to never have fallen for stupid stuff but You have to learn from Your mistake. No One Single Person has what someone needs fitness or nutrition wise. You have to find that Yourself.

So what he was saying was he planned to write his Opus from his point of view as a COMMITTED Minister of the Gospel, and this will be the best Body/Mind/Spirit Culture teachings that have ever been presented by someone of those qualifications and training.
That really narrowed the playing field. I don't suppose there were any ministers who've written a book/pamphlet about strength/fitness.
Come to think of it; there still isn't.

I understand the Transformetrics forum was once a very good forum, which has now become a sort of cult, lead by a man who never got past the 300 pound bully, and is trying to mix a strict Christian family upbringing with the belief system of a wild "new age" grandfather. That is one reason why JP and Gordon Anderson are so close, in that Gordon is deep into the Ancient Mystery Religions, along with some Bible passages that he has taken out of context, in order to fit in with JP. I know that there are several Christian guys on that forum, and none dare to challenge Gordon lest they offend JP.....that is a true cult following, and I guess that bothers me more than all the promises JP has made and broken. Because JP never did get past the humiliation of his childhood years, he portrays himself as some kind of superman, and seems to keep himself energized by the patronizing remarks made by his followers. He has even brought Biblical writers like the apostle Paul into his fitness world, suggesting that Paul was a "ruff n' tuff" character who had a high regard for fitness, when in fact, the only thing Paul ever said about exercise was..."bodily exercise profits a little but Godliness is profitable for all things having promise of the life that is now, and that which is to come". Paul also compared himself to a runner, running a race, and a boxer who didn't shadow box but got into the fight, but the context of that was Paul's desire to stand for the faith and fight the fight by promoting the cause of Christ. The fact is, by Paul's own view of himself, he was far from being impressive in speech or appearance, and in my opinion, he might have been 'lithe and lean" only because of beatings and starvation he had to deal with!
I am a Christian and I have no problem with anyone who wishes to criticize my faith, but I get real mad when people who profess to be a Christian (not to mention a minister of the gospel) do and say the things that JP does, which totally undermines the Christian faith.
I guess I could have privately sent this to JP, but somehow I think maybe he, or some of his followers , look in on this forum from time to time, and cause some to rethink their blind allegiance.
