BLS helped several times with info when I was early into figuring out this exercise shit. He also is the one who brought to my attention, using those 5 gallon water cooler jugs with the side handles from Walmart. One in each hand, filled with (8.34#/gal) enough water to preferred challenge for loaded carries. I thought that was a very cool DIY.
Hope he's OK.

Ben, I’m dealing with a right shoulder impingement right now, do you feel that Animal Flow could help with a shoulder impingement? It’s looks very interesting. It's a possibility but in order to really know is to test it but on a very low level. If you can't hold the positions very long it's ok. Build up to it extremely slowly that's my take but I'd see a doc about the shoulder and do some research.

I think the "Animal Flow" stuff would aggravate a shoulder impingement. If it was me, I'd find a suitable overcoming isometric(s) specifically targeting the area of impingement. That way it's easy to control the intensity to avoid causing more pain or damage. No stunt moves to learn. Just MO.

I wouldn't want anyone to get hurt and if there are current injuries, heal them up first and than see what is possible.
