I like the idea of this. At the moment I am recovering from knee surgery and have gained some extra weight as a result. Wondering where I could start with something like this.

Can I horn in here ? The Cape Buffalo Toss is very good for the neck and shoulders.
Don't try it in public.

Just holding the positions and progressively developing flexibility slowly is a solid start. It has tons of ways for beginners and even for advanced movers, the basic stretches and holds are a key component. I get a hell of a stretch outta my knees in a good way from these and holding the positions alone are a workout in of themselves.

And how 'bout the Caneguru Trot?! I knew it. The Irish came up with the river dance because they stole it from chimps. Those wee drunken bastards .

The chimps were inspired by the Wild Turkey.

Talisker can be quite inspirational too.

Ben, I’m dealing with a right shoulder impingement right now, do you feel that Animal Flow could help with a shoulder impingement? It’s looks very interesting.

And how 'bout the Caneguru Trot?! If memory serves, from left to right, a partial shot of Mags, Giro69, Shen, MBS, and on the right BLS Hellrider. The original Canegurus.

I recently tried to locate BLS. I know his name, as he ordered from me. He hasn't responded to my emails and his phone number has been disconnected.
